This past weekend we traveled to New Hampshire to participate in a half-marathon relay. I honestly was quite surprised with how they did; they placed 4th out of 37 teams in their division! That being said the only reason that they did the race was for the homemade goodies, namely the Apple crisp, at the finish.There was apple crisp as far as the eye could see...and the nose could smell...(note that the apple crisp you see was the top layer of a zillion layers!!!! woopee!

Congrats to your parents! They look great! My mom is very jelly and now determined to get on the treadmill when she goes home, so she can run one of those too!! (She has been 'training' for a simple 5K for quite some time....)
